Our Pop-up Bakery is on the second Sunday of every month at Hylands Open Estate Day. You can find us at The Deli, Hylands in the Stable Courtyards.
The Pop-up starts at 9am until sell-out but the cafe is open as usual from 8am-5pm.
Pre-orders can be collected from 9am-3pm.
After popular demand for many items of our Bakery Menu, we wanted to give everyone a chance to pre-order. This way we can bake according to demand and save on wastage, fomo and disappointment when Eddy's sausage rolls sell-out.
When ordering any bakery items on the website, please note this is a pre-order ONLY and can only be collected on the date, time and from the location of the Bakery Pop-up, as stated in the product's description. If the Pop-up Bakery's date isn't specifically selected upon checkout, it will be automatically applied when the order is processed.
We still warmly welcome all to turn-up on the day to buy baked goods but if you want to be sure of securing, particular baked goods, please pre-order!
We currently have our Bakery Pop-up on every Hylands Open Estate Day but we are most definitely looking to bring The Deli Bakery to more dates and locations in 2026!
